New cage coming soon!

Well, it's pretty official I'll be getting my 65 gallon reptarium for my 4 White's Tree Frogs. At an extremely affordable price, too! $31.99 plus $7.95 shipping and handling was the best price I've found so far, compared to a glass aquarium, or even a terrarium for more than double that price for a 65 gallon, so now I'm really excited to get started. I'm still a hesitant about the mesh sides being OK for the frogs to climb up, but I'm sure they'll find a way, plus will my big snake plants and branches, I'm sure find something to climb on won't be an issue. I wanted to put up pictures, but I'm not sure how to do it on this. I can't copy and paste the pictures, but that's ok.

I'd be worried about humidity loss, too dry a climate for 'em?

That's why they call it a "reptarium" vs. "amphibarium"

With a light source and enough misting I'm pretty sure the humidity will stay where it needs to be. Three of the sides are also going to be covered up something, which will also help keep the humidity in. I know it's called a reptarium...and made for reptiles, but I don't see the harm in trying it out for my frogs. If you think about it though, an aquarium is made for fish, but we put the frogs in there. Yes it has glass on all but one side, which I guess could run the risk of having too high of a humidity. Anyways, it's something I'm willing to try and will hopefully work out. It's also been warm/humid enough in my room where I rarely even need a light for the frogs, I just open up the shades for light and it stays in the upper 70's to mid 80's in my room. Winter will be another issue, but I'm sure I'll be able to figure something out by then for humidity issues.
