is there anyone that would watch it for you, your old high school science department or something unless you want to get rid of it, i am new to snakes but not animals, if i had to get rid of a pet i would ask top dollar, if you get a buyer that is willing to pay good chance they will look after there investment, say 100 for example if they are interested and seem like they will take good care of it and its not PHASE they ar egoing through tell them 50 when they are ready to pay that way you have a piece of mind your pet will be well taken care of, tell them spend the extra 50 on some stuff for his cage, just a thought,

your best bet because he is a male is to find a good home for it rather than just sell it. Adult males arent worth as much as their female counterparts. Whats important is making sure he is taken car of. No petstore will offer above 25.00 wich is the same price as a hatchling. But if you have to sell it to the pet store please make sure they will take care of it..and then you still dont know who will end up with it.
