I don't know how much experience you have, but how about a chameleon? Maybe some leaf tailed geckos? Basilisk? Waterdragons? Frilled lizards?

i have a lot of experience.

but im not sure if a chameleon would work because the cage is sitting on the floor and im not sure if that would stress the cham out.

well plenty of lizards would fit in that aqaurium but for a rainforest set up id go with either a pair of basilisks or a pair of water dragons.also you might try sail fin lizards.these all can be set up in a semiaqautic rainforest set up.also in an enclosure that size you might consider a type of monitor.hope this helps
