Worming Leos

k-townleos Jul 17, 2004 11:45 PM

Has anyone ever wormed their leos themselves? I had one of mine to the vets and it cost me $50 just for the exam and then an additional $20 for the deworming. I have another one that I would like to deworm just as a precaution, but I don't have the extra cash for the vet visit and all. If you have dewormed yourself, please tell me where I can get the medicine and how it is administered.

yeah, I wormed all of mine myself. I got from my vet the medicine (Panacur) and dosed them all orally with syringes. Your vet should be able to give you a bottle of meds and a bunch of syringes for under $20.
