WHATS UP EVERYONE, DO YOU THINK A CAIMAN WOULD APPRECIATE A DEEPER WATER LEVEL THAT COULD ALLOW HIM TO SWIM A BIT, OR DO THEY JUST LIKE TO SIT AND SOAK. I BUILT A KNEW ENCLOSURE FOR MY BIG GUY, A SPEC AROUND FOUR FEET AND I CAN HAVE THE WATER AREA AS DEEP AS TWO FEET DO YOU THINK HE WOULD LIKE THAT. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN DEEP ENOUGH TO FULLY SUBMERGE HIMSELF(MAYBE 8 INCHES) LET ME KNOW, I SHOULD POST SOME PICS SOON. kIND OF EXPENSIVE BUT THE LARGE VISION TUBS ARE GREAT(76"L 40"W 24"D) tHANKS EVERYONE.

i'd say why not go for bigger. always go bigger if possible, to tell you the truth it would like the water to be much much deeper then 2ft.

Although i would love to have a caiman or my favorite a cuban croc... they are illegal in my state and i find it too much to risk around here to get one. However i do have much knowledge on them just not experience. I have been researching them and read just about anything i have found for at least the past 3 years. my cousin had an alligator i took care of for him for about a month but thats as far as experience goes. Currently i am 16 so i do still plan on owning a crocodilian one of these days even if i have to wait until i move out.

sorry for the long post
