I keep young adult males together and have never had one lose a tail, let alone become injured.

As long as there aren't any females in the cage with them, you shouldn't have any problems.

From what I understand you can house males together as long as there are no females. Just keep an eye on them. But it should'nt be a problem

I kept two full grown males together with no problems. I cleaned the cage thoroughly, rearranged all the furniture, so no one would have 'home court advantage, and put them both in at the same time. No fights at all, no lost tails. They each picked their favorite sleeping spot, and, while they didn't hang out together, they didn't fight. I kept an eye on them to make sure no one was getting bullied, just as I would with two females. They did fine. The reason they are not still together is that I am getting ready to move one of them in with my female.

Keep an eye on them at first, as personalities may come into play, but it worked fine for me. Good luck.

When I first started out with these guys I tried it.
It was peaceful for a long time then one day I come home to a bar brawl. They were fighting and pulling each other by the tail and I had a big cage filled with plants and hiding spots.
They also were pulling each other by the tail and when that goes it is gone.
Luckily I caught on before any real damage was done other than a few scars from bad bites.
I wouldn't take a chance with them if I were you but that is just my opinion.
