This is Spike (really original, huh?). He is a CB ornate Uro. I was wondering if any one could guess an age by color and size?

I resized the pic so I could post it.

i'm by no means an expert, but judging by my guys, I'd say Spike is a female and she's probably around 6-7 months old...So much depends on how much she's been eating and her general environment though it's really hard to tell...
SR
If it were growing at a moderate rate it should be about 5-8 months old...depending on all the varying factors...acutally if you had a weight it would be easier to tell along with the pic.
I've got 55 gram malis that are 6 months old and 100 gram malis that are 8 months old. It all depends on what they eat and how they are kept. I was given a male mali who is 90 grams but almost a year and a half!!!! of course he was kept under horrible conditons and is lucky to be in proper care now but it all depends on who had it and raised it first.
But yeah...looks to be about 5-8 months...I'm leaning closer to 7 months by the picture.
But that shouldn't be taken as hard data.
Nice Uro!
