Help w/ mountain king eggs

popotommy1 Jul 19, 2004 02:25 AM

He, I have some mountain kingsnake eggs I've been incubating for about 6 weeks. THere hav been signs of veins in them, so I know some are fertile. My question is how do you tell at this stage whether you have viable eggs or not? What should I look for in candling at this point? And finally, what is the hgigher lethal temp for incubation of eggs? These eggs have gotten pretty hot a couple of times, up to 96 F. Are they toast? thanks
