Help please, Red Eyed Tree Froglet

I'm posting this around to see if I can get any answers.

I have two newly morphed RETF (6 to go). The first one came out of the water yesterday and was quite a surprize because it was a rather tiny tadpole. Anyway, once morphed it was just barely more than the length of a dime and as you can see in the image below (morph A) is quite "different" in appearance than the other (morph B) They came out of the water only hours apart and Morph B is about the length of a quarter (just a tiny bit less)

What I'm wondering is...

Has anyone seen this before?
Will it grow out (as the tail finishes absorbing)
Will the poor lil bugger survive?

I'm just worried, I'd really hate to loose the lil guy. And if need be I can put it in its very own tank to ensure that it gets to eat well.

Any comments, advice, experience?

I hope it'll be OK and I hate to make a joke, but it kinda looks like Kermit. You know when Miss Piggy's making a move on him and he does that thing with his face. Let us know how the other 6 do.

LOL I had someone else say it looked like a sock puppet. Hubby wants to name it "Timmy" (from South Park)
