i want to start a 'brood' of firebelly toads and i want to know whats the best size tank, etc...and what the setup should be like...the kind of lights substrate how much water etc etc etc////thanks!

Hey,

a general rule for fbt, 5 gallon per frog. For the tank insides, you will need a divider so you can have a land and water area. The water area can be about 4 inches deep with some live aquatic plants, gravel, a filter, etc. On the land area, if you want to breed them, you can set up a flase bottom, put a small pump under it then your bedding then you could add live moss and live plants and cork bark. You can check out my site for a care sheet and info on flase bottom under tank set up. Any more questions, jsut ask.
