Newly hatched Albino Radiata

hogboy Jul 19, 2004 01:56 PM

My Albino Radiata have just hatched, so far 5 out of 7, the remaining 2 are
poking their heads out.
And at the same time the female is laying another clutch, doesn't get much better
than this.

Nice looking T 's! I've got 0.2 females. One is T- Albino, and the other is a het sister of hers. My problem with this line is that apparently T-'s were a single line bred by Loyd Lemke, which is where my lineage comes from. Does yourself or anyone else reading this, know of any other T- lineage, or am I going to have to outcross one of my own? lol

Good Question and unfortunately not one I can answer. I had some adult T females here but with no male for sometime. That is until today, thanks David. Took me over a year before I could acquire a T adult male. Pretty popular as NO ONE wanted to give any up LOL. Larry Keller I believed worked with a large group of both T and T-. I though can no longer locate his site but he typically at the Daytona Breeder's Expo which is only a few weeks away.

I need to get some pics of my group together to post. Would either of you happen to have pics of the adults to post. Actually have not seen a T-, only T myself and would be interested in seeing the difference.

Heres a pic of the female, she has calmed down a lot since this pic was taken, shes now a lot calmer, she is more into following your every move, rather than attempting to bite at every opportunity.
Great snakes to work with, and so prolific.
i read recently that a russin zoos female produced 10 clutches
in a year, yielding 100 hatchlings.
This is her third clutch this year, her first were slugs, and her clutch laid last night look good.
all seven hatchlings are now out of the shell, and look very healthy.
Little do they know that they will be helping me to buy coxi and Prasina!

Thanks for the pic. We currently have 2.3 breeders and one back up pair. Ours can be racey at times , typically when hungry but never strike. Actually, much calmer then I thought they would be before I acquired them. The aggresive reputation must have been in regards to the WC ones.

I think now though your secret on where your returns are going is out (-:
