swimming pools

can i put my turtle in an above ground pool for short periods of time he's a musk turtle. I didn't know if the chlorine will hurt him. thanks

Ever seen a musk turtle swim.. they "walk" on the bottom.. he would probably sink like a rock and drown.. and who knows how he would react to the chlorine!!

Agreed. Best not to do this. It is not necessary and the water will be deeper than a mud or a musk turtle normally inhabits.
Don't do it.
