I remember seeing the pics of the veild in MAsters of disguise, and thinkning that it was i a mimosa tree, like to one in our backyard. After learning that veilds live on acacia trees, I wondered if Mimosas were related to them. Because they Look the same...well, mimosa are in the same family, and are related. Since they are all over the place, I was wondering if anyone has used them. Also, the blooms of the acacia are apparantly the main vegitation that veilds are "supposed" to eat. I'm sure the mimosa are not toxic, as they seem to attract ewverything, including hummingbirds--in NJ! I guess you'd have to get a large mimosa to have one with the right shape to it, but I was wondering if anyone has used them...
