FLUVAL 304 Latch BROKE!

has this ever happened to anyone? you know the blue latch thingys that close the damn thing? i broke one. im not strong or anything....it bothers me that it broke. im looking at the fluval manual and it says that there's a 3 yr guarentee...im hoping it will work for what happened.

anyway, any advice would be helpful.

they're sending me a latch to replace. they were really nice.

anyway...any tips on how NOT to break the latch again?? i always have trouble closing the filter.

I am sorry I don't have any advice because I don't have a Fluval but it makes me want to get the XP3 instead.
I was trying to decide on those two.
