Need more in-depth info

I've been looking at a lot of different care sheets and websites, but some things concerning feeding are still confusing.
*When feeding chams, how often and how much should they be feed? I've heard 2x daily for juveniles, and once daily for adults, so how old is a juvenile or adult? How many crix at each feeding?
*Is every other day sufficient for calcium dusting? What about vitamins? Do I need them? What are good calcium and vitamin brands?
*What commercial gutload do you use for your crickets? I've seen a lot of recipes for gutload, but I think that buying a pre-made one would be cheaper than buying all those ingredients.
Sorry for so many questions, just trying to get all my info.

I'm headed out the door so I can't answer all of these, but for the feeding I feed 10 crickets every day. I might throw in a mealworm or waxworm (waxworms are like sweets I've heard, so keep this treat to a minimum). As for gutloads and nutritional suppliment and vitamins, look further down the BB for those exact words in the titles. I asked the same questions as you within the last week.

Thanks. I think I have the mineral/vitamin thing figured out. Cricket gutload recommendations would still be useful.

For a good cricket gutload, get ahold of Morgana at Reptayls. The crickets and roaches love it, and it's packed full of good ingredients, and it sells for a very reasonable price. Here's a link to an ad for it:

Don't worry about your questions... its better ask and be sure. I consider a juvenile as being under 9 months old. Hard to say how many crix to feed, as they are individuals. You really can't overfeed a fast growing cham. Most slow their growth rate when they are older than 8 months. Yes, you need vitamins, and they should be separate from the mineral dusts. Vitamins about once a week for juvies, once a month for adults. Calcium dust every feeding for babies, about every other day for chams older than 6 months, and once a week for adults.
