What do you use to feed your mealworms? If you have any other suggestions for feeding/housing/breeding mealworms please feel free to tell me. Thanks.

I keep my mealworms in a plastic container with 2 inch of wheat bran. Every day i give them a piece of fresh veggies or fruit. I keep the beetle in a separate container but with the same diet. Every week, i take half an hour to separate mealies from beetle and vice versa. Works great for me. I use to do this for years for my collared and i almost never buy new mealies...but my little pig of a gecko eat a great bunch of my mealies, so now i must buy some more every now and then...hope this help

Thanks a bunch, everywhere i looked for info on what to feed mealworms there was always confusing recepies with stuff that i couldn't even pronounce. Now that it seems easier, i think that i will breed mealworms so i don't have to buy as many. Thanks again.
