mike d Jul 20, 2004 01:04 PM

i was wondering if it is hard to breed crested geckos?

also what size group would you recomend for a 40 long? or a 75 gallon tank(4 feet long, 2 feet deep and about 2 feet tall i think) and the 40 long is 4 feet long, 1 foot deep and about 15 inches high.

Cresteds are very easy to breed. They're a great beginner gecko to start breeding.

The 40 long would be plenty big for a breeding group. The 75 would be a bit much, in my opinion.

No...I wouldn't keep more than two adults in a ten gallon. Actually, I wouldn't keep more than one in a ten gallon, but that's just me.

By group, I meant 1.3 or 1.4 for that 40 gallon.
