Random Dry Spot on Jungle Carpet head

PhunkyJess2k3 Jul 20, 2004 09:06 PM

Our little Jungle Carpet Python all of a sudden has a big dry patch on its head. It is not caused from shedding and we spray the tank daily and have substrate that holds moisture well. The rest of the snake looks perfectly fine, it's just this patch on the head. Any ideas?

When he sheds, it should go away. My tiger retic has it, it happened right after a shed so i think its still from a shed im just gonna let him shed again which should be right after he digests his medium rat (later this week, early next week).
