Frogs that I think are easy to breed are: Firebellied toads and African clawedfrogs.
Firebellied toads I'm quite sure are easy to breed , though, African clawedfrogs, I'm not so sure about. They may also be hard to breed.

African clawed frogs are easy to breed; once you have an adult male and female, they will almost definately breed. But that's the easy part. If you want to save the eggs, you need to remove the frogs from the breeding tank before they eat them all, since they will eat their own eggs! Then the fun begins. The tadpoles which hatch are TINY, I mean tiny, smaller than a letter on your keyboard. They need to be fed on liquid baby-fish food, since they strain the food out of the water and cannot chew bigger particles. They are very vulnerable to attacks by almost-microscopic planarian worms, and the water needs to be changed often, but with care as the tads are too small to be netted. Once you go through the chore of breeding them for a few times, you'll probably be like me and just let them eat their eggs!
