Tried Zoo Med none of mine would eat it. Tried Rep Cal as all my friends use it and they chow it down, it smells really friuty and has all the nutrients in it, still offer the other types of food as well do not only use the pellits.
Does it have to be soaked first?
Yes I usually gte a cup and fill it with hot-warm water and the pour in some they get more than twice there size, let them sit 4-5 min then pour out the water and feed in a bowl. If these are babies and you are just interducing these to them you mau want to try and hand feed or put in with the greens if they are eating those or another way is to string them on sewing string and then move them across the cage like they are moving and they will run and grab them off, DO NOT at anytime leave the string in the cage, they will start to eat on there own after a few days of chasing them. All mine eat out of my hand.
