should i put my male with all three of my female leos to breed or breed each female seperatly?

You could try either, but I've done each of mine seperately and I had no luck so far. I had only done it because I hadn't a tank large enough to keep all 5 geckos. Now I have a 20 gallon, we'll see.

ya i think that should be alright(if it is a 25 gallon long? ive never heard of one but...) but if the start fighting seperate them and make sure you have enough hides(one for each)

That's kind of cutting close... especially if you are going to have 4 leos in there when you add the male. I like the 10 gal per leo rule myself. I think by the time you add three or foura mealworm container, water dish, and dish of calium they aren't going to have much room to move around. I'd keep two in there, or get a larger tank for the three and give the male the 25 gal mansion =)
