What Kind of turtle do you think those Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are?

I have been wondering the same exact thing since I got into turtles... I would do anything to get my hands on some TURTLE OOZE!!!

I think they are RES too. I named my little RES Donatello becuase he was my favourite. : )

I remember when I was little watching the show. One of the TMNT was talking about how he wanted to go back living life as simply a "muck" or "musk" turtle. Can't remember which one, but there you have it. :-P

they arent musk turtles. they're pond turtles. the old cartoon is not the true TMNT. Mirage comics is.

WELL if you wanna go by the first movie, they used red ear sliders...all boys even.

they can be painted or RES...

i like to think of them as wood turtles...they're too smart to be RES..they aren't the smartest species...(duck waiting for flames! hey i have 4...and 2 woods...the woods are smarter)
