I haven't gotten my sulcata yet and I have everything set up but my problem is food. What grasses can I get that are available as a growing food source? Besides that I'm set up for a yearling sulcata.Thx in advance

The person who runs tortoiseaid sells seed that grows all the grasses and flowers they need. I think her website is www.tortoiseaid.org.
If you don't want to spend money, research the plants that grow in your area and find out what they are, especially the weeds that grow. My tortoise used to eat many of the common weeds that grow in the garden, as well as dandelion greens and flowers, clover leaves and flowers, and various grasses.
I planted such things as kale, collard greens, and mustard greens in an area of my garden just for him. He was like a lawn mower with legs!!
Here is a list of safe, nutritious plants:
Keep in mind that even though the plant may be on this list, you must also be sure that it does not contain any insecticides, pesticides, or fertilizers as well.

Ask me a question, I guarantee an answer.
May not be the answer to your question but it will be an answer.
I don't know everything about Sulcatas and I'm not doubting your word at all but are you sure tomato's are okay for Sulcata's to eat? I was sure they weren't.
If I'm wrong about this, I'm sorry. I just don't want anyone to feed their little one something that's not good for him.
