Well it did.

Meet my new Corn snake, got this unknown 03 today as a gift from my parents, Mom dropped it off earlier. There is a huge difference with Strider (RIP) who was supposed to be a late 03, and my new corn this one is HUGE i am guessing 24-28 inches long or so. As size comparison that is a medium sized ExoTera hide rock.

As you can see the first thing he did in his new home was deficate. Followed by a lid check, he made sure it was secure, luckilly i bought the lid clips when i picked up the hides. He also had a nice long drink before finally setteling into the hide on the warm side of the tank.

Not to thrilled she bought it at a pet shop, but i went to check them out and get the hides/lid clips and they truly seem to be a rather good shop. All cages clean and everyone has water proper heating though they feed live i found out he is on 1 live fuzzie a week.

Wayne,
Congrats on a very pretty corn--and for having a mom who made it happen! You might want to have your scaly baby checked out by a reptile vet since it's been eating live food. Shouldn't be a problem to switch over to f/t--as a rule, my corns don't care how their food is served, so long as there's plenty of it! Brightest blessings to both of you!
regards,
althea
