Albion-Color crisis

I've had her for 7 months after a trade for a baby snow corn. I think she's really great, but does anyone know what she is? there are so many morphs that I'm clueless.

i think we should start calling these normals. there are by far more geckos like this then the actual wild type. and it's not to far from being a normal. thats what i call them any way. some people think that is degrading or something, i dont get it. its the same animal regardless what you call it. they are all beautiful.

what will happen in 30 years when hypo tangs become run of the mill leos, will people call them normals as well?
Just because there are more of them around doesn't change the fact that if fits all the characteristics to be classified as high yellow.
Mainly the reduced spotting (especially on the hind legs) which is in the leopard gecko manual.

here is a pic of a normal I found on vmsherp.com

Normal Leo

To me there is too much difference between the two to justify calling them one in the same.

I agree but that is partly because both of my leo's are high yellows.

to me its about the naming. they label it as high yellow so they can sell it for more, but i don't see much of a difference between a wild type and most high yellows. sure, there is quite a difference in the amount of spots, but in my opinion, there should be a big difference. hypo tangs will never be the vast majority, and if they are, then fine, i will consider the normals too. all it does it give a bigger variety in the amount of normals. just my own thoughts.
