I ordered and paid for some cages from these folks back in May and was told that there would be about a 4 week delay. After about 5 weeks past, I contacted them again, and was told that the delay would be longer due to some complications. Now that it's been more than 2 months I can't even get them to return my e-mails. Has anybody else done business w/ them or know what's going on w/ them? I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt and persue every option before I file a complaint/rip-off report.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
