My first baby, Verdi wasnt a big eater when I got him either. Isn't is so rewarding when they eat!!!???

Did you buy him sexed or did you sex him yourself? If he's(?) just taken his first meal, I'd say you sexed him about 11 months to soon. I hope you or somebody else haven't mangled his tale because of impatience. What sence does it make to mangle and disfigure an animal to find out it's sex when it won't even be old enough to breed for another two to three years! Well only time will tell, hopefully your beautiful GTP won't have a disfigured tale. Do yourself a favor and read the sexing info on finegtps.com.

Thanks for the info. He was sexed when I got him but I looked at the tail and it appears to be ok thank God. I will keep an eye on it. Thanks again..Joe
