hi im new to the forum and do not keep beardeds.i was given a bearded by a couple whos daughter went to college adn left it with them.she doesnt want it anymore and now it is in my care.the problem is i dont have any room adn it is a adult in a 15 gallon aqaurium.imletting it out each day to get excercise and explore.ive decided i shouldnt keep him since i dont have the room.i know a place who will let me trade him for another reptile or will buy him.ive been on the classifieds to find out the average price of an adult one,but they vary so much im not sure.if anyone could tell me i would be very grateful.also they will not be selling it but using it as a breeder animal.thanks for your time.

If it is an adult dragon that has been unwanted and kept in a 15 Gallon tank (aahhhh) then the poor things is certainly not in breeding condition. If you care at all about this animal then please try to find it a home where it will get love and proper care. Anybody that would even think about breeding an animal like the one you described should not be allowed to have animals. How big is this adult dragon that is in the 15 Gal? My adults would not be able to turn around in a 15 gal. Don't take her to those people. They are just going to use this animal.

If the dragon is a normal that has not been well-cared for then it is really not worth much at all. You may be able to get $50-$60, but if you got the dragon for free you should put up an add to give it away for free to a good non-breeding home.

Couldn't agree more!!! Try to find this poor, neglected animal a good home, with caring owners who will not use him like that. I'd rather give the animal to a caring owner than make a few bucks selling it to someone who will keep abusing it. After all, what has this poor animal ever done to deserve a life like this???

A pet store would sell an adult for about $150, depending on size and color. If it is a normal, and adult, the store gives you about a 1/3 what it is worth. So if they sell them for $150, look to get $50-60.
