I was just wondering the average life span on PDF's. Is it different from species to species? I haven't come across this information anywhere on the web during my research. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks

Dart frogs have been known to live in excess of 10 years in captivity.
I've worked with tincts that were almost 15 years old.

I just lost a trio of wc D. auratus that I had for 18 years. I've heard of D. tinctorius living for almost 25 years.
IMHO if your frogs die in less than 10 years then somethings wrong. That's to short of a life for them.
Best,
Chuck
