Got my first pair of aurics. Proven pair. The male frequently bites the female. I haven't seen the male attempt copulation so I don't know if it's aggresion or breeding aggression. Is breeding aggression usually pretty nasty with thse guys?

My pairs get pretty nasty during breeding. Ive even had females turn and bite the tail off males. Just keep a close eye on them.
