I am looking to buy a new snake. I want a Columbian red tail or a Suriname if its for a good price. I had a breeder picked out but they dont have any red tails now. I am really hoping someone can give me a good breeder. I am looking for something $150 or less. I would greatly appreciate some help.
Thanks

Well first let me start by saying that it is a Colombian Boa. The common mistake of spelling it Columbian is from the School that is named that way Columbia Uni. Just so you know. It is a very common mistake.
The Classified ads are full of many breeders, including myself that could sell you a snake for $150.00. In fact I am selling Colombian Boas 100% het for Anery for $125.00 shipped in the classifieds. But you may want to consider further what exactly you are looking for. The Suriname Boas are indeed beautiful snakes but no always a great starter Boa, as they tend to be nippy and no as forgiving in husbandry mistakes. You could also get just a beautiful normal Colombian boa for that amount of money and they make great pet snakes. I refer to them as the "Corn Snakes" of boas due to their hardiness and ease of care. Take a look at the classified or visit some of the websites out there and find something you really want. Hypo Boas are coming way down in price this season and make beautiful snakes.
Good Luck
