gutloading............

i read in the latest issue of REPTILES that you need you gutload for 48 hours? i thought it was 24. so i guess ill start doing that. but, how long will mealworms last once taken out of the fridge? also, i dont like the fact that in everything i read, it says that you should put all this fruites and vegitables in there to balance out their diet. isnt there a gutload out there already made for a complete gutload? man that would really help. i could use the T-REX gutload for bedding, but really, what's the best stuff to use that's easy? JurassiPet gutload perhaps?
i don't know, but if you do, please answer.

thanks man

best stuff to use is fruits and veggies, they get the neeted nutrients from then, and because its natural, its more beneficial fror your leos, mealies last a very long time when out of the frigde, when left in the fridge they die off easier, if you want your leos to grow fast and be healthy feed the mealworms carrots, squash, sweet potato, potato, dandelion greens, and apple, the pre made stuff is worthless
