Well, I brought him home today and he seems to like his new, 4 foot cage! He is 14 inches long and a little over 150 grams, but the pet store had him in a 20gal! So I think he is happier.
My question is concerning his behavior. He is pretty skittish, runs from my hand at first, once he realizes its just a hand, he calms down. Then, when I get him out in one hand, he will threaten to bite my finger as I go to pet his head or chin.
What I would like to know is if babies tend to be more flighty and if this will fade with age, handling, time and such? I should know this! My iguana was similar but she succeded in biting me several times! Now she is a puppy dog!
