Please help identify this tree frog?

Can anyone identify this tree frog? I think its a tree frog.

Not real sure by looking at it's feet that it is actually a tree frog, but I will try and help you figure out what kind it is. First, where are you located, as this will help narrow down the species local to your area?

This guy was found in the mountains of Northern California.
I looked at all known frog from this area and the only one that sort of fits is the California Red-Legged Frog. Could this be Rana aurora draytonii? It is very different than the pics on the web.

Its definitly a toad (Bufo).

Yeah, I would have to agree, it is proabably a Western Toad (Bufo boreas). Here's a description from enature: "Gray to green, with light-colored stripe down middle of back. Warts tinged with red and surrounded by black blotches. Male has pale throat." Hope that helps!
