how about 600g and 24 inches!!! hehe

But seriously there is no way to answer this question. There are SO many other factors. I just lets say 400grams...

From what I understand the size is not the deciding factor so much as the age. I believe the female should be at least 18 months of age. It's age because even thought the dragon may weigh 400 grams, if she's not done growing the developing eggs will take nutrients that she needs away from her which can lead to problems later on. It's best if she's done growing so all those nutrients can go to the eggs and at the same time she can maintain her level of health.

No, its not size, its not age, its a LOT of factors all put together. What I was trying to say above is there is NO magic number. Not all dragons that are old enough should breed. Its dependant on each individual dragon.

I agree with you and that post was not directed at you. I accidentally replied to the wrong one. I just wanted to make sure this person didn't decide 400grams was adequate to breed his dragon.

I try to put myself in the poster's shoes and see if there's a possibility advice could be taken the wrong way. When I try to clarify, sometimes it looks like I'm acting like a know it all and accusing someone of misinforming but I'm really not trying to be that way. Sometimes I may go overboard with it too but, oh well.
