Whenever I get a new dragon the first thing I do is offer it a drink/or give a warm bath. After the bath I place the dragon in it's cage under the basking light to get it's body up to the optimum temps. After the dragon has basked for a good hour or so I offer some appropriate sized crickets (no bigger the space between the eyes)and not too many at once, and see if it eats. You can also put a salad in the cage as well. If it eats on the first day that's a plus, and should not be too difficult to get him/her acclimated. Some dragons come in stressed and won't eat the first day, or even a few days, but I always offer food daily. Can't hurt any.
