I am intertested in some but I am hesitant about purchasing one and having it turn out to be a normal. How can you be sure you are not being ripped off. When they say it comes with paperwork what exactly does that mean? Is there a standard type of paperwork you will receive or is each breeders "paperwork" different.

Even if they come with paper work you must be careful. Paper work anyone can type up on the computer take a picture and sign. Two people I Strongly Reccomend is John Manser and Terry Heuring. Both People I've delt with. They have been in the hobby a long time. Spend the Extra and go with someone you can trust!

Funny, I never heard of either breeder before.
But to answer the question at hand, If you are that weary, buy your hets from NERD, VPI, Morph king, The snake keeper, or a few others that have great reps. There are a great number of smaller breeders that are beyond trustworthy too. Just be cautious and do your homework before you buy.
A good idea is to check out the BOI before you buy.

I got a great 100% het albino female from camlonreptiles.com
also my albino came from albinoballpythons.com they sell hets too. they are great "smaller" breeders!

Terry has owned the Dixie Reptile Show for the past 8 years! Great guy in the business just check the BOI. I also talked with Terry about John Manser and he said he's also trust worthy! Both guys I'll be keeping in touch with for life!

I highly recommend Morph King Reptiles. They are very reputable, and have great prices. Wes and Joe are also great guys to deal with. I will be receiving my albino male and 3 female hets from them within the next month or so.
