OK. first off, what model HovaBator do you have?
I have found that the disk thermostat is very sensitive. It only takes a small adjustment to throw the temps off. I suggest making small adjustments and checking every ten minutes. This may take quite a bit of time but it is the best way to get the temps to stablize.
I have since removed the Hovabator disk thermostat and replced it with a more accurate thermostat. I recomend this to all hovabator users.
Good luck!
