8tay8 Jul 23, 2004 10:16 PM

i put T-rex crix gutload at the bottom, mixed with some fish flakes and dry dog food. i put potatoe slices in there too.

would small tomatoeslices be fine? how about cellery?

basicly, im just looking in my fridge to find stuff that might work.

what do ya think? is that a balanced mealworm gutload?

Looks like you've got the right idea. Here's a link you'll find useful. There are plenty more pages like it on the web, but this one's a good start:

I dont know about the tomatoes, they are actually quite acidic, maybe not somehting you want them eating. if you want antioxidents, try strawberries or kiwi. did you mention carrots?? they seem to really like those!
