i put T-rex crix gutload at the bottom, mixed with some fish flakes and dry dog food. i put potatoe slices in there too.

would small tomatoeslices be fine? how about cellery?

basicly, im just looking in my fridge to find stuff that might work.

what do ya think? is that a balanced mealworm gutload?

I use a spice grinder to grind beardie pellets and wheat cerial, I then add a few slices of potato and put it in a small tub with 5000 mini-mealworms for my hatchlings. I keep them refrigerated for 4 days and then out and warm for 2 then back for 4 ect. The little guys love them and seem to be growing fast with no impaction problems.
