How much is too much for a medium sized pacman?

I posted a while back about how my new pacman refused to eat for almost a month. Now he eats everything that is put in his cage! Will they eat too much? Right now he is eating toads and frogs that are about half his size, he has eaten about 5 in 2 weeks.
