I brought home a little female red tail about 2 months ago from a herp show. Two weeks later she was showing signs of a lung infection so I placed her on dry heat, gave her tetracyclines, and used a few drops of ucalyptus oil to help clear her breathing passage. After a week or so of this all signs of the sickness (mainly the slight rattle when she breathed) had dissapeared. However, even after saoking her twice and completely cleaning out her cage and bedding (within a time period of 2 weeks) she is still giving off a somewhat foul odor. Is this normal???
