I know there is an obvious answer to my question, but I wanted to get the input of others as well. I have a 13 yr old female who has just recently bitten part of the skin away in between her back legs while shedding. Yes I have misted her cage to make sure it's humid enough during the shedding process and yes she has plenty of "stuff" to rub against to facilitate the process as well. Just when the spot looks almost totally healed, she tears it open unexpectedly. NOW, it looks as if her guts are hanging out and aside from bandaging the area - what else can I do? Thanks in advance for any responses...

That leo needs vet care without question! Take her in right away for help.

Sounds like she needs vet attention. That's a very critical part of the body. For the timebeing, keep her on a paper towel substrate.
