post egg laying?

mistysprouse Jul 24, 2004 01:45 AM

I have a question about my girl that layed 7 eggs on Tuesday, July 13. She ate a mouse(to get her started again) and a medium rat last saturday which was just days after her egg laying. Well she is in shed again and when I just checked on her she was laying inverted. Is this normal post egg laying behavior?

I have not really noticed directly after laying eggs. I normally leave them alone for a week or so. However, all my BPs - young, old, male and female - often lay inverted.
