I really like the cooler Idea. I'm going to go out and buy one of those Giant coolers and put a rack sustem in there so I can keep even more eggs in it. Only thing that kind of sucks is you don't have any way of viewing the eggs. Everytime you open the cooler you lose all of your heat and humidity. Anyways I'm interested in some more information on this! Very cheap and from what your saying works very well!

This past year I cut a whole in the top of a big cooler, and siliconed plexiglass across the top portion of it.

Worked fine, held heat and humidity very well, never had to open it unless i wanted to open to exchange the air.
