ok, my gecko is about 3in from head to tail, and a little more than 2in minus the tail. it eats about 2-4 prey items a day (sm cricket, med meal, or waxworm).
but i have been so confused by the msgs on this board, some say their juvenile is eating 10-12 mealworms a day. others say 5-6 is ok per day. the gecko manual says babies should be fed 3-6 prey items a day. it appears mine gecko is doing ok according to the book, but according to some posts on this board mine is starving?!
i guess i just wanted to know, if assuming there is no stunt in growth with my gecko, is it still considered a baby or is it already a juvenile? and for anyone who has the experience what is the right amount of food for a baby, and how much for a juvenile(maybe a in. of gecko/amount of food list). and at what size (considering no growth stunts) is a gecko no longer a baby and becomes a juvenile? and what size is it considered an adult? thanks, please help my confusing.
