Aboregines (I know I can't spell), used to use Beadies to predict the weather (rain). My 2 year old male would also do this....he puff his throat like that, over and over again, like a fan....and sure enough, it would rain. He didn't start doing this until he was in the kitchen (like yours) and by a window.
