Today I had a brief encounter with the 'Northshore Reptile Show' near New Orleans.
The show was a bit dissapointing as I was looking for a nice little male Guyanan RTB and a male BRB to pair my singles up with...
Along from the illegal sales (Retics, Burms, Baby Redear Sliders, other endangered or local stock, etc) which always dissappoint, the selection was small at best.
On the otherhand, considering that herp shows are almost non-existant in my area, it was pleasant to attend and I was rather pleased to run into 'Arco Iris Herps' (means rainbow in spanish) and I got what seems to be a nice little male to go with my young BRB girl.
Unfortunately, no RTB this go around, but I am so happy with my BRBs that I may pawn my RTB off to a different life somewhere with a more enthused owner.
Does anyone know of Arco Iris? He had some young peruvians that were AMAIZING... FANTASTIC... WOW... moving on, at the show I also did see some Ecuadorian RTBs which are always a nice and rare site.
Anyway, enough of my ramblings! Here is the latest couple in the reptile dating scene.... ENJOY (and complaints/comments welcome!)
