It is possible that his growth may have been stunted when he was a younger dragon, I believe the norm is between 16-22", but your dragon is probably still growing. As long as he has been growing for you, and I am assuming that you have all the correct lighting and giving him vitamins and the correct diet now. What are you feeding him? A month or two makes a big difference as far as his size and age go. I would say that 14" is not too bad for a 10 mo old, but is a little small for a 1 year old.

im still feeding him cricket once a week but have lowered the amount and raised the anount of greens im giving him. i give reptical on all food. i have proper lighting yes. i feed him romain lettuce and mustard greens every day twice a day. and a doozen or so crickets a day. i mean i will feed him as much as he wants sometimes what i feed him is not enuf sio i feed him til he refuses the food. is this a bad idea or should i continue. any suggestions? also there is a reptile show coming up in nivember and i was thinking of either another beardie or somthing else. if i get another beadie should i pay for an adult or rais from a babie because i got this one at about 4 inches now hes 14 it was fun raising hyim but its alotta work

I would recommend switching the romaine to another type of green. Romaine isn't remotely as nutritious as say, collard or turnip greens. And the more variety in staples you can give him, the better. The Nutrition Content section of this website will give you a great list of foods to offer and which to avoid.
