Just thought I'd let you know that my female (finally) laid ten eggs today. I think this is about the latest egg laying I've experienced in these guys. . . Hopefully they're all good. I'll keep you posted.

How many did she lay ? I just had a Brooksi lay 13 eggs on Friday so I have a late clutch as well. Congrats on the clutch and Ill keep my fingers crossed.

I guess I'm not alone on that one. . . My snake laid ten eggs. As of today they're still looking good. (keeping my fingers crossed also) As a matter of fact, my cal king eggs are about to hatch any day now.

BlueKing, The speckling seems to be coming in as the animals mature. I have not noticed this on other Easterns, as They are only one year old and I got them from Ted Thompson of Susquehanna Ectotherms. They were labeled as "North Carolina" but I do not know any more than that.
I think I will email him and ask him. I normally see him at the shows and I am probably going to Hamburg in two weeks - I am sure he will be there.
